• Developing a theory of change so you’re clear about what outcomes and impacts you can create and want to measure
• An impact measurement framework detailing how you’ll capture data on your outcomes and impacts
• A data collection process so that data collection happens on a day-to-day basis 
• An impact report or SROI report to communicate the impact you’re delivering to your key stakeholders

What you’ll get

• A workshop and support from us to develop your theory of change and impact measurement framework
• A plan for capturing your impact data 
• The analysis of the data you collect
• A fully designed impact or SROI report 

This service is for you if

• You’re just getting started, and either have done nothing or have a few bits done, but nothing that’s formalised
• Your income is £250k or more
• You’re willing to put the work in to get these foundations in place
• You want to get the results quicker than doing it yourself
• You may have a specific tender, investment or funding opportunity you want to have strong impact data for

Prices start from £1,250 +VAT per month (over nine months).

If you’ve already got everything in the Core service in place, you’ll be interested in our Enhanced service - which is where you take those four foundations and over the next 6-12 months are actively: 

• Analysing and learning from your impact data.
• Automating your data collection and analysis as much as possible

• Developing an impact culture

How it works

First, you’ll develop an action plan to identify the priority areas you want to focus on.  We’ll do this with you by: 

• Reviewing existing impact practices
• Identifying key priorities
• Developing the action plan jointly with agreed timescales

You’ll then receive on-going support

• Monthly sessions to support with delivery of the action plan and review any issues and to identify solutions
• Sharing of best practice, and email support between sessions

This service is for you if

• You’ve got a theory of change, impact framework and are collecting data, but want to do more around your impact measurement or management of impact
• Your income is £500k or more
• You want to get the results quicker than doing it yourself
• You know impact matters and what to prioritise it in your organisation

Prices start from £1,500 +VAT to develop the action plan.  Monthly support starts from £750 +VAT per month (over six to 12 months).

• Strategically using your impact data for innovation, decision making and business planning to maximise impact and create an impact led strategy
• Leading with impact with your Board and Leadership team fully committed and trained in impact, with completion of an impact skills audit
• Implementing a social value strategy for all your procurement and CSR activities. 
• Annually reviewing your theory of change and impact measurement framework
