We chose to work with Heidi because she was one of the first people to start measuring social impact over 10 years ago now and has a depth of expertise and knowledge in this work. Heidi helped us to decide on the scope of the impact measurement work; identify the key stakeholders to consult and the data to collect. Heidi then analysed the data; identified appropriate financial proxies and calculated the SROI for us.

By going through this process we have been able to look at what we do now, assess its validity, see where we could improve and take future actions to improve our community impact performance. This work has enabled us to focus on making data driven decisions about how to get the very best social return on investment for our community activities.
